Le quartier de Port Marianne, la proximité avec l'accès à Palavas à pieds ou à vélo, l'accès à l'autoroute. Les transports en commun, la ville. Le parking, le 7ème étage calme et lumineux, l'appartement confortable

Une première matinée sans eau chaude, mais l'appartement n'avait pas été utilisé depuis quelque temps et je ne pouvais juste pas trouver le ballon d'eau chaude! Le problème a rapidement été fixé.
