The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency has this charming 37 m² flat in Saint-Jean-d'Aulps for rent, with mountain views and a ski resort within walking distance.
It can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 19 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 19 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps two) - A shower room with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, milk frother, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A 10 m² south-facing balcony with a view of the mountains and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Jean-d'Aulps, in a very pleasant setting.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. The Roc d'Enfer ski area is at the foot of the building.
The lifts are open from 20 December to 29 March, and in summer from July to August. There is also a shuttle service to the other Portes du Soleil resorts (Les Gets, Morzine etc). Don't hesitate to ask at the tourist office before your stay. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building's private car park (one private space). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Cluses 36 km away - Nearest airport: Geneva 86 km Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (5G box) - Individual ski locker - Shared bike room in the residence - Pets accepted free of charge.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans ce tout nouvel appartement. Placé littéralement à côté des pistes nous avons pu accéder facilement aux remontées qui sont à -100m. Propre, bien agencé et très bien équipé cet appartement nous a fortement plu. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Amazing apartment, we stayed here as a family of 4 & would highly recommend it. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Very clean & well maintained. When we come back to St Jean we will be staying here again 10/10.
