This room will also invite you to convivial game nights. The living room features a large comfortable sofa that invites you to spend a cozy evening watching TV after an eventful day, to pick up a good book, use the internet access, or simply relax on this large oasis of well-being.
The living room has air conditioning, promising pleasant coolness on many a hot day. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a 2x2 meter double bed and one with a 1.80 x 2 meter box spring bed. Each bedroom has a spacious wardrobe.
Both rooms are equipped with mosquito screens and air conditioning, so you can look forward to a quiet and pleasant night. A well-equipped bathroom with a double vanity, toilet, and shower, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer are also located on the upper floor. An outdoor area provides a lawn, a covered seating area with garden furniture, and a Weber kettle grill. The property is completely fenced. The holiday home is located on the outskirts of a small wine village and has a separate entrance. In the outdoor area, your vehicle can be parked in a small courtyard, which also houses a wallbox should you be arriving with an electric car. There are also facilities for storing bicycles, and two charging points for batteries are located in the hallway just behind the front door. You can start your excursions directly from the holiday home on foot or by bike and be among fields and vineyards within minutes.
Most of the paths are paved, and you can decide at any time in which direction and to which interesting signposted point you want to go. In the village, you will find a wine tavern where you can enjoy a good glass of wine and sample local specialties. Our region offers some regional culinary surprises such as "Backesgrumbeere" (baked potatoes), "Zwiwwelkuche" (onion tart), and much more.
