After a wonderful day, our vacation home offers a fully equipped modern kitchen where you'll find everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast, tasty lunches, or a hearty snack, which you can enjoy in the adjoining dining room in a cozy atmosphere.
This room will also invite you for convivial game nights. The living room features a large sofa, perfect for a cozy evening of watching TV after an eventful day, reading a good book, using the internet access, or simply relaxing on this large oasis of comfort.
The living room is air-conditioned, promising a pleasant cool down on many a hot day. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a 2x2 meter double bed and one with a 1.80 x 2 meter box spring bed. Each bedroom has a spacious wardrobe.
Both rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant night's sleep. A well-equipped bathroom with a double vanity, toilet, and shower, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, are also located on the upper floor. Outside, a lawn area is available, along with a covered seating area with garden furniture and a Weber charcoal grill. The property is fully fenced. Our accommodation can, in principle, only be used by holiday and leisure guests.
Overnight stays related to professional activities (e.g., fitters, sales representatives, etc.) must be explicitly requested in advance by prospective bookers and expressly confirmed by us. Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, a contract confirmation is made subject to the condition that the overnight stay is not related to professional activities.

The vacation home is located on the outskirts of a small wine-growing village and has a separate entrance. Outside, your vehicle can be parked in a small courtyard, which also features a wallbox should you be arriving with an electric car. Storage facilities for bicycles are also available, with two charging points for batteries located in the hallway just inside the front door. You can start exploring directly from the vacation home on foot or by bike and be amongst fields and vineyards within minutes.
Most of the paths are paved, and you can decide at any time in which direction and to which interesting signposted point you wish to go. Here in the village, you will find a wine tavern where you can enjoy a good glass of wine and sample one or two local specialties. Our region offers some culinary surprises such as "Backesgrumbeere" (baked potatoes), "Zwiwwelkuche" (onion cake), and much more. Many of our wineries and the local wine cooperative are certainly worth a visit or even a small wine tasting. You will also find a hairdresser, a small pizzeria, and a riding stable here in the village. In the town of Alzey, approximately 3 km away, you will find doctors, pharmacies, and a hospital.
An extensive range of restaurants, shopping facilities, and an attractive townscape invite you to visit. Our village has a train station, from which you can travel hourly in the direction of Mainz, Worms, or Bingen. Within a few kilometers, you can reach the A61 and A63 motorways, from which you can explore many sights within a 1-hour radius.
