Welcome to a cosy apartment with a unique charm, located in the historic centre of Palermo, just a stone’s throw from the city’s most iconic landmarks: the Cathedral, the Palatine Chapel, the Teatro Massimo, Piazza Pretoria, and the Mercato del Capo. You’ll experience the authentic atmosphere of Sicily’s capital. To enjoy relaxation, culture, and good food, you’ll have two bedrooms at your disposal, each equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk, an armchair, and stools with reading lamps. One bedroom has a French queen-size bed (140x200 cm), while the second bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm).
The living area features a sofa and a 43" TV, with access to a small balcony offering a panoramic view of the city’s rooftops, complete with a small table and chairs—ideal for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing in the evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, except for a dishwasher. You’ll find a kettle, a microwave, an espresso and cappuccino machine, a table with 4 chairs, and tableware for lunches or dinners at home.
The bathroom features a shower, a bidet, and everything you need for personal care and hygiene. There is no washing machine, but you’ll find laundromats in the immediate vicinity.
All rooms are air-conditioned for both winter and summer.

Perfekte, saubere Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Ideal um fußläufig die Stadt zu erkunden. Umgeben von authentischen, guten Restaurants.Hervorragende feste Matratzen, schöne Einrichtung, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Ennio war ein hilfsbereiter und super freundlicher Gastgeber. Für uns die erste Adresse falls wir wieder in der Stadt sind.
