You will find our campground at the southern edge of the central Pyrenees in the province of Huesca, Aragon.
The valley of the Isábena - the river, which gave the name to our place - is a landscape which tourism has not discovered yet - a hiding place for recreation.
So the marvellous landscape genuinely is an insiders' tip.
An interesting geology as well as a fascinating Flora and Fauna expect the visitor.
Despite the height of approx. 700 m the valley of the Isábena has a balanced mild microclimat.
In spite of the altitude of about 700 m our Isabena Valley has a balanced microclimate (even olive-trees are growing here!) so that you can enjoy your vacation also in spring and autumn, if you prefer to travel out of season.
The are offers ideal and challenging conditions for bikers on roads and paths scarcely frequented.
You also may have opportunity to go fishing or hunting (during the permitted season) or hang gliding. Four in their character of landscape completely different and extremely delightful national parks with deep canyons and cascades can be reached comfortably on good roads and have an outstanding network of trails. Again this year our professional team of phyiscal therapists offer massages and different therapies.
For people, interested in sport and nature there are a lot of possibilities starting from our Campground.
Also in spring time the wonderful landscape is worthwhile a visit and surprises guests, who are interested in geology and ornithology.
The Isábena valley is a challenging area for bikers and offers excursions on routes and roads rarely frequented.
You also can enjoy fishing, hunting (during the hunting season), paragliding (fotos of the Isábena-Valley and other excursions can transmit an impression hereof).
We organize for you rafting, hydrospeed, waterskiing/canoeing/'banana', tandem-paragliding, canyoning.
A somewhat strange but very funny pleasure above all for the kids is bathing in the mud at the river side ... The journey from the United Kingdom takes place to the best by the French Pyrenees motorway, starting from St Gaudens via the Garonne valley and the tunnel from Vielha.
Afterwards it is no more far... the maps on the bottom show the way.
In autumn 2007 the new modern tunel of Viella, named after the king “Juan Carlos I.” was inaugurated, so that crossing the mountains towards Isábena-Valley isn't any problem any more.
