Housing : Laval-du-Tarn is a quiet village of about 40 inhabitants, 800 metres above sea level near the Gorges du Tarn.

The cottage is an independent house at the top of the village. On the ground floor: living room (with fireplace, TV), kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, freezer), bathroom (washer) with toilet. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom corner (1 double bed), Small front door.

And terrace not adjoining a few meters with garden furniture, barbecue and parking. Heating is included from May to September; in April and October it is to be paid on site (€50/week). Animals are not allowed. The price includes: Charges, electricity 8kWh per day and heating from May to September. The price does not include: The household (to be done by tenants).

A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
