Residence : Very comfortable cottage in a large farmhouse, a typical hamlet of the Monts d'Ambazac.
It opens with large bays on a terrace and an independent closed garden of 1200 m2 with heated and secured pool open from the end of April to the beginning of October (depending on weather conditions).
Many entertainments are available on site but also in the vicinity., especially around Lake St Pardoux (5 km) and the Ambazac Mountains where Chabanne is located.
Hiking tours are many and particularly attractive.
Several leisure activities are offered as an option: horse riding, cycling and mountain biking, tennis, squash, fishing, golf...
Housing : Surface 340 m2.
Ground floor: living room of 98 m2 with large living room (home cinema, Hifi chain) fireplace, integrated kitchen, large dining room and small dining room, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 baby umbrella bed), bathroom and toilet.
Mezzanine 1: relaxation area with jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, fitness and baby football.
Mezzanine 2: billiards, reading corner.
Floor 1: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom, toilet.
Floor 2: large room furnished under the roof (6 beds 1 place) with home cinema, bathroom, w.c.
Central heating (gas and heat pump in summer), satellite channels, laundry, petanque pitch, table tennis, 3 mountain bikes.
Air conditioning only in the large living room.
The price includes linen, linen and linen.
Optional: breakfast and cleaning.
The legislation of establishments receiving the public (ERP) does not allow the excess of capacity (including children and babies).

A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
