On the small road that winds towards the highest point of the Mounts of Ambazac, in the heart of the hamlet of Noueix, the gite opens, on the south side, on a closed courtyard with covered terrace and on the back a grassy space and closed terrace.
In front of the cottage a large enclosed land with private parking and petanque ground (15x4). From the hamlet a hiking trail leads to La Jonchère, la Roche Branlante or Notre Dame de Sauvagnac.
In the adjoining barn a large room with wood stove is equipped with ping pong, baby football and various board games. Housing : On the ground floor with a few steps to go from one room to another: living room with living room (TV) and fireplace insert, small kitchen and back kitchen, laundry, toilet, bathroom (shower and bathtub) with toilet.
Lounge area and library (TV). Floor: 1 bedroom (1 single bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds) and 1 bedroom (1 double bed in 160) all have TV. Wc with sink.
On the 2nd floor: a large bedroom under the attic (1 double bed in 160 and a single bed), TV, bathroom and toilet open to the bedroom.
Central heating. In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g. heating, electricity...) can be charged at the end of the stay.
