Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an 18 m² living room with a fitted kitchen, a mezzanine, a shower room and a shared garden of around 400 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: First floor: - An 18 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen (electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.) and dining area. - A shower room - Separate WC Duplex apartment: - A mezzanine with a double bed (140×190) and a sofa-bed (one bed), TV For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha. Outside: - A 120 m² shared terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A shared spa is available - A 400 m² shared garden, fully enclosed The studio is ideally located in Dénezé-sous-Doué, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard (up to 2 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Angers, about 45 km away - Nearest airport: Angers, approx. 48 km away Other information : - Free WiFi available - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Excellent premier séjour en Airbnb ! Les hôtes ont été très accueillants, disponibles et de très bon conseil pour les activités à faire dans la région. Grâce à eux, nous avons pu profiter de plusieurs musées et du Bioparc à proximité. Le logement était agréable et conforme à la description. Une très belle expérience, je recommande sans hésiter !
