The **"Keilbergblick" holiday home** offers 3 comfortably and cosily furnished non-smoking apartments, two for up to 4 people each, and one for 4 people with the possibility of 2 extra beds.

All apartments are spread over 2 floors with a spiral staircase in the living area (see pictures) and have 2 or 3 bedrooms. The quiet yet central location of our house makes it the ideal starting point for all activities, both in summer and winter. For our guests' comfort, there is a private sauna, underfloor heating, secure storage for sports equipment, strollers, etc. in a lockable garage, a special shoe dryer, and the alternative use of solar energy for heat and electricity. A prepayment of 20% will be charged after booking. The remaining balance is payable on-site in cash, by debit card, or Mastercard. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 14 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Arrival is possible between 3 PM and 9 PM.

Departure must be between 8 AM and 10 AM. Other arrival and departure times are only possible by arrangement.

Please contact us in good time for arrangements if necessary. You will receive the keys for the house and the apartment via a key safe.

The code for the safe will be sent to you by email and/or WhatsApp in good time before your arrival. A baby cot/high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of €40 per pet/stay. The visitor's tax of €3.00 per person/night, and for children aged 7-16 €1.20/night, will be charged separately on-site. Further services/offers: - Bed linen can be booked for an additional charge of €10.00 per bed per stay, or you can bring your own. - 1 sauna session per apartment and occupancy is included in the in-house sauna; additional use costs €20.00 for the entire sauna. - 1 set of towels per person is included, with weekly changes for longer stays. - 3 parking spaces on the property, 1 garage available for rent upon request for €5.00/day. - Secure storage for strollers etc. and summer and winter sports equipment in a lockable garage. - E-bikes can be charged in the garage. - A barbecue area with a fireplace and an additional mobile grill can be used in the garden. Departure by: 10:00 AM at the latest 1.

Take the A72 to Stollberg West, then head towards Annaberg-B. or continue to Oberwiesenthal.

Do not turn into the town center, but continue towards Fichtelberg or Karlsbad (Karlovy Vary) and turn right into the next smaller village entrance after approx. 600m.

After another approx. 300m, turn right again and you will immediately reach your destination on the left side. 2.

Take the A72 to Stollberg West, from there initially towards Annaberg-B.
