Svea is a semi-detached holiday home in Born, offering room for time together as well as a garden and a sauna for your own use. Its 154 m² accommodate up to 6 guests. The furnished terrace looks onto the garden and invites outdoor meals, with a barbecue, sun loungers and a parasol provided. The grounds cover approximately 730 m² and are fenced.
The living area has sofas and a TV, with an adjoining dining area. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A fireplace and underfloor heating add comfort, while Wi-Fi and 3 TVs offer entertainment.
A staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms: 2 each have a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm with a single mattress, and the third has 2 single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm each. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower and bathtub. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge, and there is a private washing machine.
A supermarket is approximately 450 m away and a restaurant around 480 m away, both measured in a straight line. The coastline is around 320 m away and the nearest beach approximately 6.1 km away, also in a straight line. The area offers opportunities for cycling, hiking and water sports.
There are 2 private parking spaces. Pets are welcome; a dog costs €5 per day plus a €25 cleaning fee. Towels can be added for €11 and bed linen for €18 per person. Smoking is not permitted. Contactless check-in is available from 17:00 to 23:59, and check-out is from 00:01 to 10:00.

Das Haus hat uns wirklich begeistert, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Hell, freundlich und großzügig geschnitten. Kleiner feiner Garten mit Stühlen und Liegen. Die Küche war fantastisch ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das wir unsere Hunde mitnehmen konnten:)
Die Sauna war etwas klein, haben diese nicht benutzt.
Der Heißwassertank muss bei 6 Personen gut geplant werden.

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten wie Kamin, 2 Duschen, Badewanne und Sauna. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind verbunden und großzügig geschnitten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und ein fantastisches Weihnachtsfest als Familie gehabt.
