The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.
Two washing machines and a dryer are available for shared use for an extra fee.
Underfloor heating ensures comfort, and the covered terrace invites you to relax even when it rains.
There are also two quiet zones, a fire pit, six parking spaces, and two EV charging stations.
Bicycles and motorbikes can be stored safely under cover.
