The Terre et Mer Family Unit is located in a rear extension of the house and consists of:
- 2 bedrooms (each with two 80x200 cm beds, twin or not),
- a private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet,
- a small kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer, dishes),
- a patio with a garden table,
- and a reception and relaxation room where breakfast will be served.
This long-awaited moment will feature homemade products such as jams, crepes, small cakes and fruit tarts, not to mention the many quality local products.
Also on site: regional reading material, detailed maps, a courtesy tray, board games, beach games, and outdoor games (snowshoes and molky).
Meal trays from a local caterer are also available upon prior order (48 hours in advance).
Friendly travel? The train station is 3 km away and on site you can store your bicycles or motorcycles in the owners' closed garage. In a recently added wing of this former mid-19th-century farmhouse with listed architectural features, Claudine and Jean-Marc will welcome you with undisguised pleasure and a smile.
Do you like gardens? Here, you'll find 2,000 m² of wooded land, a vegetable garden, and planting projects.
Do you want to get away from the city? Here, you'll find a rural setting while still being close to amenities, cultural, sports, and nature activities.
Do you want to easily reach the RN12? It's only 2 km away and crosses the entire department.
Do you want to explore Lamballe? Wash houses, stud farms, a collegiate church, the Mathurin Méheust Museum, and the Pottery Landes are less than 5 km away.
Do you want to see the sea? The entire Bay of Saint-Brieuc is open to you after 17 km, where you'll join the GR34 and the Eurovélo 4 / Vélomaritime trails.
Do you like music? Here, instruments and sheet music are never far away.

Accueil très chaleureux, avec des petits-déjeuners savoureux composés de produits locaux et faits maison. La maison est située en pleine nature, dans un cadre calme et reposant, avec une situation idéale pour découvrir la région.

Accueil irréprochable de la part de Claudine et de jean Marc. Ils sont aux petits soins pour leur hôte. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec des spécialités maison et locales et également approprié pour notre séjour sportif.literies très confortables, lits séparés si nécessaires.dans un cadre verdoyant et calme, sécurisé pour votre voiture, moto, vélo et même camping car.. Bref je recommande à 100 %.
