The beautiful vacation apartment is located in an old manor house in the small, charming fishing and harbor village of Lemkenhafen on the island of Fehmarn.
The manor house was built at the end of the 19th century and is located directly opposite the famous fish smokehouse, Aalkarte.
As the holiday house is situated in the second row to the sea, it's only a few steps to the yacht harbor. The apartment is suitable for 2 people and offers 48 sqm of space to relax and feel at home.
The vacation apartment is well-equipped and features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a living and dining room, as well as a small kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. In the utility room, there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Furthermore, water sports enthusiasts have the opportunity to dry their sails, kites, etc. on the property. Anyone who loves the sea will be in the right place in Lemkenhafen, as the village is a popular area for surfing and kiteboarding. West of the village, there is a shallow water area for surfers and kiteboarders.

hervorragend instandgesetzte Wohnung, die top ausgestattet ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Möglichkeit eines Aufenthalts im Außenbereich haben wir vermißt.

Ein durchweg gelungener Urlaub. Herrliche Ruhe in Lemkenhafen.
Tolle Restaurants dort. Leider gibt es den in der Hauseschreibung
angegebenen Fahrradverleih in Lemkenhafen schon seit 2022 nicht mehr.
Von Lemkenhafen aus lassen sich schöne Radtouren unternehmen.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die kontaktlose Übergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail verlief reibungslos und selbst an einem Wochenende kam umgehend eine Rückmeldung auf meine Frage. Ich fühlte mich dort gut "betreut".
