The living and dining area forms the heart of the home, featuring a Scandinavian wood stove used solely for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a flat screen television, with direct access to the terrace.
The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table and a direct exit to the garden.
The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, complemented by a fan. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with a fan. The third bedroom offers a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a library, and a fan. The single bathroom features both a bath and a shower, and a separate WC is also available. Amenities Included This vacation rental is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.
Climate control is provided through air conditioning in the living area, while oil heating keeps the property warm throughout cooler periods.
