On sunny days, the new photovoltaic system generates its own green electricity.
There are 3 rooms, a kitchen, and a modern bathroom.
The first bedroom has a double bed for 2 people, a bunk bed (each bed supports up to 100 kg), a desk, and a sliding-door wardrobe.
The second bedroom also offers a double bed and a bunk bed (each bed supports up to 100 kg), making it suitable for adults.
A wardrobe is also available.
The living room is furnished with a modern sofa, a dining area, and a TV, and provides access to an adjoining balcony.
The balcony will soon be equipped with a table and 2 chairs, expected to be ready by the end of December.
The modern bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub.
A hairdryer is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, including a dishwasher.
There is plenty of space for cooking and preparing meals, and the fridge offers ample storage.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
For stays of less than one week, bed linen and towels can be provided upon request for an additional charge.
