Access to the guesthouse is via the carriage entrance and through the garden, which is shared with the owners.
On the ground floor: entrance hall with living room and dining area.
Equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, shower room, and separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with two 90x200cm beds, 1 bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, and a lounge area. Wi-Fi, baby equipment. Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning included. Outdoors: 1100m² enclosed garden shared with the owners, covered terrace with an area near the Charente River at the end of the garden. Enclosed garage for motorcycles/bicycles on site.
Flow Vélo, swimming pool, and swimming are nearby.
Public parking on site. One-night stays accepted. Country house adjoining the owners' house and other homes.
This private gîte is well located for quick access to places of interest, the vineyard, and the Bain des Dames area (swimming, canoeing, games, picnic area, etc.). Ideal location for a stopover on the Flow Vélo cycle route.

L'accueil et la disponibilité des hôtes. La chambre était spacieuse et très belle demeure charentaise.

Une charmante chambre dans une charmante maison ancienne et agréable. Des hôtes très ouverts avec qui nous avons discuté à bâtons rompus. La maison est idéalement située sur la flow vélo, mais aussi à proximité de la gare et d'une base de loisir avec une guinguette. On recommande !
