This stunning property is the perfect place for large groups seeking comfort, entertainment, and a spectacular setting with a wide range of facilities to guarantee an unforgettable stay.
This rural complex consists of three separate houses, each with its own private pool. Two houses are always open. The third house will remain closed and will only be opened for groups of at least 23 people. In total, the houses offer 11 bedrooms: five double bedrooms, three twin bedrooms, and four triple bedrooms. There are six bathrooms with showers and a toilet in the common area for added convenience.
Each of the two houses has a spacious living and dining room, perfect for gatherings with family and friends. The houses are equipped with air conditioning in every room, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment during the warmer months. All of them have a fully equipped kitchen with everything guests need.
In addition, an industrial kitchen is available upon request for event catering (weddings not permitted), with a supplement of €300.
For any event celebration, the owner must be contacted in advance to sign a contract. Events (excluding weddings) will incur a supplement depending on the number of guests. The villa has a restaurant license and an events license.
The outdoor area is undoubtedly the jewel of this property. With a total area of 6,500 square meters, it features a large 15 x 8 meter swimming pool with a depth of up to 2.10 meters, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the Andalusian sun.
It also has two carefully decorated and equipped porches to offer a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for al fresco dining. The amenities are completed with a multi-sports area including a ping-pong table, badminton set, water soccer goals, and a large lawn area ideal for practicing yoga.
The access road to the house is paved and easily accessible.

Das Anwesen ist wirklich super! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 27 Freunden und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der große Pool und die schöne Terrasse waren perfekt zum Entspannen, die Ausstattung ließ nichts vermissen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den guten Service des Gastgebers, der sich täglich um das Müllentsorgen gekümmert hat. Auch die Lage war toll – insgesamt ein großartiger Aufenthalt.

Die drei Villen waren sehr schön gestaltet und haben all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir waren eine große Familie mit Kindern im Alter von 1 bis 68 Jahren. Die Eigentümer waren außergewöhnlich und haben kleinere Probleme sofort gelöst. Der Außenbereich und die Ausstattung haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
