Welcome to our beautiful Villa – Villa Sa Fontasa, located in the charming village of Moscari!
Nestled in the tranquil Majorcan countryside, Moscari is a hidden gem: a small, picturesque village that preserves the island's authentic essence.
With its cobblestone streets, traditional stone houses, and breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountains, Moscari offers the perfect retreat away from the tourist crowds, yet close to everything you might need. Surrounded by Mediterranean flowers and native plants, Villa Sa Fontasa welcomes you to its luxurious holiday home in the heart of nature.
As you arrive at the property, you’ll find a covered terrace just in front of the main entrance – the ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. Upon entering, you’ll notice the abundance of natural light that fills the entire house.
To your right, there is a bathroom with a shower, and just past a couple of charming wooden doors, you will find an air-conditioned double bedroom. The bright and spacious living-dining room is also bathed in natural light.
To the right of the dining area is the house’s magical rustic kitchen, full of character and charm.
From here, a door leads to another covered patio and the delightful private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing under the Majorcan sun. Upstairs, you will discover a second very spacious living room with a large terrace offering spectacular mountain views – a magical space where nature takes center stage. On this upper floor, there is also a second bathroom with a bathtub and another air-conditioned double bedroom.
This bedroom has direct access to the large terrace – a real treat! Please note: The living rooms on both the main and upper floors are not air-conditioned.
If you wish to use the fireplace during the winter months, there is an additional charge of €60 for firewood. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide pool/beach towels, so you don't need to bring extra luggage! Tourist eco-tax not included in the rental price: €2 + VAT per person per night.
