The cozy holiday home features three bedrooms, a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, a washing machine, and a bathroom with shower.
Enjoy relaxing moments on the terrace. A playground for children is located nearby.
Guests can go hiking or fishing in the area (please obtain a permit from the city on site) or simply enjoy the garden. The house accommodates up to six people and was renovated and modernized in 2023. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee. After booking, you will receive the local contact's details via the platform, who will provide your access code. As a self-catering holiday home, we provide basic supplies (toilet paper, dishwasher tab, soap, and dishwashing liquid), which are replenished after each stay.
Supermarkets are about 5 km away in Bad Arolsen. The holiday park offers a large parking lot for the houses (no private parking at the house) and an EV charging station at the entrance, as well as a playground, barbecue area (electric grills only), tennis court, table tennis, and mini golf. In Bad Arolsen (approx. 5 km) you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, doctors, pharmacies, the hospital, the castle, and a swimming pool open all year round. Pets are welcome: up to 2 dogs allowed.

Das Haus war toll ausgestattet, ob Möbel oder auch Küchenutensilien alles da was man braucht. Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation war super.
Das Haus steht am Hang und der Weg zum See ist sehr steil.

Helaas was er gedurende ons verblijf, periode 03-05-2026 tot 09-05-2026, op het park geen enkele drink- of eet gelegenheid open, terwijl dat volgens de openingstijden op de gelegenheden wel zou moeten zijn.

Dat we met korte instructie op afstand konden in en uitchecken en we evt altijd dingen konden vragen via de telefoon. Iemand op locatie niet perse nodig voor ons. Beetje vertrouwen over en weer kan dus toch nog
Douche waar het water de douchebak uitliep naar buiten als je niet oppaste. Afval container wel vrij ver weg en niet op dezelfde plek als de glasbak
