The cozy holiday home offers three bedrooms, a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, a washing machine, and a bathroom with shower.
Pets are welcome: up to 4 dogs.
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be ordered on site for an extra fee – or you are welcome to bring your own. You will receive the contact details of your local host either directly with your booking confirmation, depending on your booking provider, or at the latest one day later – please contact them via the booking platform. Enjoy relaxing moments on the terrace. There is a playground for children nearby.
As guests, you can go hiking, fishing (please obtain a permit from the city on site), or simply enjoy the garden. The house accommodates up to six people.
It was renovated and refurbished in 2023. As a self-catering holiday home, we provide a basic supply of consumables (toilet paper, dishwasher tab, soap, and dishwashing liquid), which is replenished after each stay.
Supermarkets are about 5 km away in Bad Arolsen. The holiday park offers a large parking lot for the houses (no private parking at the house) and an e-charging station at the entrance, as well as a playground, barbecue area (electric grills only), tennis court, table tennis, and mini-golf. In Bad Arolsen (approx. 5 km) you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, doctors, pharmacies, the hospital, the castle, and a swimming pool open all year round.
A spa and tourism tax applies all year for guests. An additional local tourist tax must be paid on site.

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und ist in real auch so, wie auf den schönen Bildern abgebildet.
Wenn man in der Küche etwas nicht findet: kleiner Tipp - rechts und auch links gibt es zwei innere (!) Schubladen (ohne Griff) oben in den oberen Schubladen 😉😅.
Der Vermieter und die Betreuerin vor Ort si...
Kleiderschränke sind in den oberen Zimmern nicht vorhanden. Im unteren SZ ist ein großer Schrank.
Die beschriebene Mikrowelle war nicht vorhanden. Da waren wir und der Vermieter überrascht - hat anscheinend ein Vormieter geklaut. Das ist natürlich für alle sehr ärgerlich.
Aber ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern.
