This is a 4th-floor apartment close to the historic heart of Sanremo.

The apartment sleeps up to 3 people and makes an ideal base for a couple or friends who want to enjoy this lively resort with its beaches and many cultural events. The airy open-plan living area is furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table.
The fitted kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Moka coffee maker and fridge/freezer. Sleeping Bedroom: The bedroom has a double bed, a flatscreen TV and wardrobe.
A door leads out to the private balcony. Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a single bed. For those who love cycling with a view of the sea, the Ponente Ligure cycle path offers breathtaking scenery.
Between maritime pines and beaches, the path winds along the coast for 24 km. It is passable on foot, by bicycle, roller skates and skateboards.
