Location: Sölden, Gaislachalm. Excellent location at an altitude of 2050 m above Sölden with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Ski-in/ski-out via a groomed ski route. Small circulation rope tow to the ski area 150 m away. T-bar lift 750 m away. Restaurant 100 m away. Sölden village center 6 km away. Car access up to 150 m, only with good winter tires (four-wheel drive or snow chains). 2 car parking spaces.
House: Rustic ski lodge with a fireplace. Beautiful 5-room house with approx. 120 sqm of living space spread over 2 floors.
