De Mio's Apartment is a new, fully renovated 65-square-meter apartment on the first floor of a condominium, located in the center of Murano, the Island of Glass. Ideal for a vacation in Venice, it is equipped with all the latest amenities and is perfect for couples, families, and groups of friends (up to 6 people).
The furnishings feature a contemporary design; in particular, the modern chandeliers are made of Murano glass by Master De Mio Giuliano, as are many other pieces of furniture.
De Mio’s Apartment is strategically located for getting around Venice, just 5 minutes from the Da Mula pier and 10 minutes from the Museo, Faro (from which you can reach the islands of Burano and Torcello), and Colonna, and allows you to reach Marco Polo Airport in just one stop. The apartment is located just 200 meters from the Ponte Lungo, from which you can easily reach the Murano Glass Museum, glass factories where you can watch the glass being made, shops, a Coop supermarket, and charming local eateries. Upon arrival, the host will provide tips and information to help you make the most of your stay.
The house features 2 double bedrooms equipped with 40-inch flat-screen TVs (connected to the internet, where you can also watch satellite channels), a bathroom stocked with complimentary toiletries and towels, a living area with a sleeper sofa and dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and dishes, including access to a dishwasher and washing machine.
Wi-Fi is free; additionally, if needed for work purposes, an Ethernet cable is available in each room near the TV.
Upon prior arrangement at the time of booking, a daily or weekly housekeeping service is available for a fee.
To complete the registration procedures required by the police, we ask that you provide a copy of each guest’s ID. Simply send a photo of your ID (ID card, driver’s license, or passport) via message.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM.
At check-in—which must be performed by an adult—you’ll be required to pay the tourist tax imposed by the City of Venice, which is NOT included in the price and must be paid in cash.
A €20 surcharge will be applied for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM;
A €30 surcharge will be applied for arrivals between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM;
A €50 surcharge will be applied for arrivals after 11:00 PM.
Please notify the host of your arrival time in advance via the “Special Requests” section or by contacting the host using the contact information provided in your booking confirmation.
