👥 All guests must be registered in advance; unannounced visitors will incur a fine of USD 75 per person
🛏 Please take care of towels, sheets, and blankets—any stained items may result in an additional charge
NOTE:
🔹We kindly ask that all guests follow the house rules. If these rules are not followed, a penalty fee of MXN $1,250 may apply.
🔹Mid-stay cleaning: For stays longer than 14 days, we provide a mandatory mid-stay cleaning every 14 days to maintain the listing’s cleanliness and comfort. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected through the Resolution Centre during the stay and will match the listing’s standard cleaning fee.
🔸Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of up to €250 may be required before check-in. For reservations made through certain booking platforms, this may be pre-authorized or processed automatically through the original payment method. The deposit will be fully refunded after checkout, provided the property is left in good condition and no additional cleaning or damage is reported.
🔸Requests to Change Reservations Within 48 Hours of Checkout
Please note that any change to your reservation—including, but not limited to, extending your stay—may incur an additional cleaning fee equal to the original cleaning fee charged for the reservation. This is because professional cleaning services are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for your checkout date. Once scheduled, cleaning vendors may charge cancellation or modification fees if the reservation is altered on short notice. By requesting a change within 48 hours of checkout, guests acknowledge and agree to this additional cleaning charge.

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit sieben Erwachsenen genutzt. Der Platz war ausreichend, die Zimmer waren sauber und in den Betten konnte man sehr gut liegen. Leider war ein Badezimmer nicht nutzbar, da es in dem Raum penetranten nach Aschenbecher gerochen hat.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung unter dem Dach. Es ist alles schön eingerichtet und hat uns gut gefallen. Allerdings ist es schon ziemlich anstrengend im Altbau die Treppen bis oben zu gehen. Und preislich ist das Ganze auch ziemlich an der Grenze.

Wir hatten für 25 € einen 2 Stunden früheren Check-In gebucht. Das ging einfach und auch recht kurzfristig. Leider war es in der Wohnung nicht sauber (Eierschale, Chips u.Ä. auf dem Boden, Gummibärchen am Fenster).
