Kugellager is an extraordinary spherical house for those seeking something special: organic shapes, soft light under the dome, and natural materials that immediately exude tranquility.
The exterior gleams with larch shingles, while the interior features clay plaster, seagrass insulation, and oak flooring combined with clean, modern lines – ecologically sound and pleasant for the indoor climate. Spread over approximately 68.5 m², a cozy, open-plan maisonette living area unfolds across two floors.
On the ground floor, the kitchen-living area forms the heart of the home – an inviting space for cooking, dining, and gathering.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and blender.
Books and games are available for relaxing evenings, and the sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests if needed. Comfort is distributed across two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, and a second small bathroom with a toilet and sink in the upper area.
The spacious loft houses the double bed (1.60x2.00 m) – an airy retreat for reading, relaxing, or practicing yoga, with a direct view of the skylight dome.
Outside, the approximately 11 m² terrace with a parasol and electric grill invites you to enjoy sunny breakfasts and pleasant evenings.
Fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a free parking space, a lockable bicycle shed, and a washing machine and drying rack in the utility room provide additional convenience. The spherical house settlement is located in Penzlin-Wustrow on Lake Tollensesee, directly adjacent to the natural area of the Lieps.
The swimming spot can be reached in just a few minutes on foot (approx. 300 m). Kayaks and canoes can be rented at the neighboring property, and beautiful lakeside and forest paths for walking, jogging, and hiking start directly from your doorstep.
A popular cycling tour is the "See-Runde" (approx. 35 km) through fields, forests, and small villages.
Boathouses and a small sailing harbor characterize the shoreline, and the historically interesting Alt Rehse is only about 2 km away. Kugellager combines exceptional architecture with a close-to-nature experience – ideal for couples and small families who appreciate tranquility, design, and nature equally.

Ein sehr kuscheliges Domizil in sehr ruhiger Lage.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erst in Zirka 6km Entfernung.
Bis auf Frittenbude (sehr gut) kein Restaurant in der direkten Nachbarschaft.
Gute Restaurants: Wollenberg/Neubrandenburg und Uhthoff/Forellenzucht
