The castle of Lorca (Fortaleza del Sol), a listed Cultural Heritage site, is around 15 minutes away by car, and the beaches of Calnegre and Águilas are roughly 30 km (about 30 minutes by car). We also provide an adjacent events room for parties (birthdays, communions, silver/golden anniversaries, etc.) for an additional fee. Parking:up to 10 spaces on the property, 4 in a garage, plus free on-street parking. Pets:a maximum of 2 pets are allowed — strictly only on the large terrace. House rules:this is a holiday rental oriented to rest; no loud music that could disturb neighbours is permitted.
