Located in Champsac, in the heart of the Périgord Limousin Natural Park, this 180 m² country house welcomes up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilets, plus two separate toilets.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a 180 cm bed (can be split into two 90 cm beds) and a bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs, two bedrooms each have a 160 cm double bed, one bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and a washbasin, and another bedroom offers four 90 cm single beds, which can be joined into doubles.
Two separate toilets are available, one on each floor. The mezzanine kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Heating is available throughout.
Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine are provided.
Table football and board games are at your disposal.
Families will appreciate the baby bed, high chair, as well as toys and children’s books. Enjoy the private garden and open terrace, leading to a fenced area with a private outdoor pool (11 x 5 m, 1.10 m deep), open from May to September depending on the weather.
Garden furniture, dining table, and plancha are at your disposal.
Next to the pool, an outdoor play area features a ping-pong table, giant Connect Four, and badminton. Parking for 7 cars is available on site.
Events are not permitted.
Bed linen and towels are included, and beds are made on arrival.
