Immerse yourself in peaceful Istria with tranquil sea views, a private pool, garden, barbecue, and pet-friendly comfort for families and friends.
This holiday home in Labin is your dream Istrian holiday — a detached, pet-friendly haven on the first floor that comfortably sleeps eight across four beautifully arranged bedrooms.
Imagine waking to the scent of lavender and birdsong, stepping out onto a spacious balcony to drink in sweeping sea and pool views while the day unfolds.
Every room is air-conditioned for comfort, and the bright, fully equipped kitchen — with cooker hob, electric kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher and fridge with freezer — makes preparing shared meals effortless and enjoyable. Outside is where the property truly shines: a private pool, sunbathing terraces, and a lush garden are all yours to enjoy in absolute privacy.
In the shade of a tree, a charming barbecue area becomes the heart of summer evenings, while children (and the young at heart) will love the trampoline and a badminton lawn for friendly games.
The entire outdoor area — pool, yard and barbecue — is reserved for guests only. Guests occupy the whole first floor, which currently comprises two fully equipped apartments rented together as one unit; from the 2026 season, these will be connected by an indoor passage for added convenience.
