This cottage is attached to the owners' house and another cottage.
It is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor: - a living room including a kitchen opening onto a living room with a lounge area and fireplace - a utility room with a refrigerator and washing machine - a separate toilet with a washbasin Upstairs: - a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, which can be converted into two 80 x 200 cm beds - a bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds - an office area - a bathroom with a shower and bathtub Outside, a private area (enclosed garden) with: - a terrace equipped with garden furniture, a shade sail, and a barbecue - sun loungers A common area (shared with the owners and occupants of the other gîte) with: - children's games (swing, slide, trampoline) - garden furniture - a covered and heated swimming pool measuring 10m x 4m x 1.50m (chlorine-free: UV filtration), accessible from April to November Dedicated private parking in front of the cottage This beautiful, cozy cottage nestles in a lush setting in the heart of Mont Saint-Michel Bay. Its pretty, enclosed garden, full of flowers and trees, invites you to relax in a bucolic setting.

Logement très agréable dans un milieu calme mais proche de la ville et de ses commodites. Tout le nécessaire de cuisine s'y trouve autant en électroménager qu'en ustensiles de cuisine. Et le.petit plus de la cheminée.Nous sommes arrivés et on s'y est senti comme chez nous.Et l'hôte agréable et réactive.Je recommande vivement
