In addition to the enjoyment of the newly installed pool and sauna, there is the large garden with terrace and BBQ. Enjoy the cozy living room and large kitchen to cook together for the whole family. On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 17:00 hours at this holiday home.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
This accommodation is rented only to family groups.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.

Der Aufenthalt war super, kurz vor Beginn erhielten wir eine E-Mail, dass ein Schwimmbad eingebaut wurde, was der Unterkunft wirklich einen zusätzlichen Wert verlieh. Die ganze Familie hat den Aufenthalt genossen.

Het verblijf was super, op het laatste moment kregen we een mail dat er een zwembad was ingebouwd dit gaf echt een meerwaarde aan de woning. We hebben met heel de familie genoten van het verblijf.

De woning is recent gerenoveerd, maar er is in het algemeen een matig afwerkingsniveau. Er is nergens isolatie gebruikt, je kan niet bewegen of praten zonder dat het hele huis dat hoort.
