Alzira’s Place is an apartment in the village of Ponta do Sol, ideal for four people.
The apartment has 110 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and the other with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a dining table, a kitchen, a balcony, and private parking.
It is equipped with air conditioning in both bedrooms, a refrigerator and freezer, a washing machine, a dryer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), a TV with international channels, and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxed stay. LOCATION The property is located in a residential building in the village of Ponta do Sol, which offers several restaurants and cafes.
Ponta do Sol is situated in the southwestern part of the island, known for Madeira's best climatic conditions.
A few kilometers away, you'll find stunning cliffs, mountains, and the Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.
Nearby, you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing, and other water sports.
Within 200 m, there is a supermarket, a restaurant, and a cafe, while approximately 400 m away, you'll find other restaurants, cafes, and bars.
The João dos Passos Cultural Center is 350 m away, and Ponta do Sol beach is 450 m away.
The property has easy access to main roads. NOTES A car is recommended, but there are bus stops and a taxi rank nearby.
The accommodation is in a residential area, but there is potential for noise from motorcycles and cars on a nearby street, and from barking dogs in the neighborhood, mainly during the day if the windows are open.
We kindly ask all guests to keep food well-packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate.
Cleaning is done before guests check in, and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning that includes changing bed linen and towels.
An increase in the number of guests implies an additional charge of up to 10% per person. CONDITIONS 1.
No parties or behaviors that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbors are allowed, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighborhood noise is prohibited. 2.
An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time, and mode of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3.
Guests must agree on a check-in time at least two days before arrival, and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new appointment may be scheduled according to our availability. 4.
Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and provide any missing identification details to comply with legal requirements. 5.
Any breakages, incidents, or cleaning issues must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be verified and addressed promptly during the stay.
Problems reported late with the sole intention of obtaining a refund will not be considered. 6.
Guests must inform us of any allergies, conditions, or special needs before or immediately after booking to verify compliance and ensure appropriate measures are taken.
