Located in Bourg de Visa, this 170 m² cottage accommodates up to 11 guests in 4 bedrooms and a living room.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower.
The well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

The private outdoor pool (9 x 4 m) with hot tub is open from June (or May, depending on weather) to mid-September (weather permitting). Children will love the shared playground, while adults can enjoy the communal pool table. Parking is available in one of 5 shared spaces on the property.
One pet is welcome for an extra fee, and smoking is permitted.

La maison, la terrasse sont très agréables.
Une ambiguïté entretenue sur l'annonce d'une "piscine chauffée" ( j'avais questionné précisément à ce sujet). En fait, même en la faisant chauffer à un coût très très onéreux, elle ne peut monter que 1 à 2 d° (pendant notre séjour elle était à 15 -16 d° !!). Ambiguïté encore plus trompeuse pour le J...
