Completed at the end of September 2025, this holiday home is now opening its doors to you completely new. **Living & Wellbeing** The bright living area combines contemporary design with high-quality furnishings.
Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of light and lead directly onto the large roof terrace – your space for sunny hours and sea views.
In the open-plan kitchen, you'll find everything you need: modern appliances with an induction hob, an oven with a convection function, and a dishwasher invite cozy evenings of cooking.
Whether it's a sunny breakfast or a lovely dinner overlooking the sea – here you can enjoy moments of true well-being. **Sleeping** The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed with floor-to-ceiling windows and blackout options – perfect for restful nights.
Harmonious colors and thoughtful furnishings create a relaxed atmosphere.
Additionally, the living area offers a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), which can accommodate two children or one adult. **Wellness Bathroom with Sauna** Your private wellness area awaits: a modern sauna and a spacious, ground-level shower make every holiday day a day of relaxation.
Whether after a walk on the beach or a bike tour – here you can recharge your batteries and indulge yourself completely. **Bed Linen & Towels Optional** Bed linen and towels are not included.
