This charming 25 m² studio apartment in Vanves is perfect for a comfortable and functional stay.
It can accommodate up one person and has everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The accommodation includes a bright living area with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
You can also enjoy a balcony, ideal for getting some fresh air and relaxing. For your comfort, the studio is equipped with Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, and a combination microwave oven.
Please note that the television shown in the advertisement is currently not working. An automated laundry room is available in the residence, with 3 washing machines and 2 dryers, accessible from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and payable by credit card. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so you can travel light. Located on the top floor of the building, the studio enjoys plenty of natural light and a particularly quiet environment.
The residence is mainly occupied by singles, retirees, and young professionals, which guarantees very little noise pollution.
The studio is also located at the end of the hallway, with only one adjacent neighbor, offering a very peaceful setting. Access to the residence is secure thanks to the presence of a concierge, and you can also enjoy a gym in the building. In terms of transportation, the location is very convenient: metro lines 12 and 13 and tram line T3a are about an 8-minute walk away, and the Transilien / RER N is about 10 minutes away. En tant qu'exposant, l'immeuble est tout proche du hall 7 du salon de l'agriculture qui a accueilli les territoires d'outre-mer.
Très bien situé
Negative:
Le WC est salle et doit être remplacé. La chasse-d'eau de la cuvette reste bloquée en position ouverte, donc l'eau continue de couler...
