Welcome to Villa GoALL'O in the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, Brittany.
Located by the port of the seaside resort of St-Quay-Portrieux, near Binic-Étables, this pleasant holiday home awaits you in a peaceful residential area close to the sea, harbors, beaches, and the GR34 coastal path.
Renovated in 2022, the villa features tasteful, contemporary décor for a relaxing atmosphere.
Enjoy a spacious living area of over 40 m² with a fully equipped kitchen open to the lounge and dining room.
There are three charming bedrooms: on the ground floor, one with a queen-size bed (160 cm); upstairs, a master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) with a small sea view; and a children’s attic space with two single beds (90 cm), a games library, and books.
Two shower rooms with two toilets (one separate), Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV complete the amenities.
The villa has original wood floors and staircase, surrounded by flower gardens.
A utility room with washer-dryer and a ground-floor cloakroom are available for your return from the beach or fishing.
Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub) available on request.
The private enclosed garden (450 m²) offers terraces, barbecue, loungers, parasols, and outdoor furniture.
