Welcome to Port Manec’h, a charming coastal district in the commune of Névez, where this beautiful 165m² family home welcomes you for an unforgettable stay, just 800m from the beach.

A large bay window opens onto the furnished terrace and the garden, ideal for enjoying sunny days outdoors, having lunch in the sun, or organizing barbecues on the plancha in the evening.
On the left, you will find a separate, perfectly equipped kitchen: induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary equipment to prepare delicious homemade meals. The bedrooms are located upstairs, which is divided into two sections.
The first three are accessible via the entrance staircase.

Bon rapport qualité prix Dans l'annonce il n'est pas précisé que 2 chambres sont situées dans le grenier des garages,dont 1 ne communique pas avec la maison, mais elle a sa propre salle de bain et ses WC.
