This peculiar and exclusive apartment is located on the main street, Alfonso VIII, offering views of the street where processions and events take place, as well as windows and a small terrace facing the hill of the Heart of Jesus. It is 70 m2. Layout: A very spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and kitchen, one bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, and one bedroom with 1 single bed (1.05cm).

A sofa bed is available in the living room. Please note that the accommodation will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation.

If you have any special requests, such as separate rooms, independent beds, or sofa beds, please request them in advance to ensure they are ready.

Otherwise, you may find closed rooms or unprepared beds, in which case we will inform you of any additional charges for your request. The apartment stands out for its decoration and peculiar details, maintaining a classic and rustic touch despite its recent renovation this year.

Highlights also include its large wooden beamed ceilings, the views from the living room and bedrooms, the magnificent terrace, and its excellent location. It is located in a historic building, considered the "skyscrapers." They are called this because they were the first skyscrapers in Spain, buildings that "peek out into the gorge," specifically the Huécar River gorge. Parking is not permitted in the old town except in authorized areas.

There are two paid public parking lots, one of them very close to the apartment (€15 for 24 hours), and a free authorized outdoor parking area at the top (Castle Area). You can contact the host for any doubts or queries that may arise during your stay, or to ask for recommendations.
