Spread over three levels, the ground floor features a welcoming living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, opening onto a sunny terrace ideal for outdoor dining.
Upstairs, you’ll find a comfortable double bedroom with access to a private terrace, as well as a modern shower room with WC. On the top floor, a second bedroom with a trundle bed (sleeps 2) also has its own shower room with WC. A public parking lot is available very close to the house (a blue disc is provided to make parking easier). Public transport is also just a few steps away.
Shops, restaurants, and many activities (beaches, walks, cycling, water sports) are only minutes away.
Ideally located between Nice, Antibes, and Cannes.
Bed linen and towels can be provided on request, available for an extra charge.
Pets are not allowed.
