Cocoonr agency offers this authentic stone house dating from the XIVᵉ century, extended in the XVIᵉ century and completely renovated in 2020, for rent in the heart of the village of Saint-Jorioz.

Nearby amenities: La Maison is less than 10 minutes' drive from the lake and beach. - There is a cycle path on the doorstep and access to the region's most beautiful mountain passes! - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy... 20 minutes' walk away. What to do : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Transport : - Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the house, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 15 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, private parking spaces are available in the courtyard of the Maison. Other remarks : - Entirely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden, room monitor to assess the intensity of the noise. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
