- 50m² wooden terrace with outdoor furniture, parasol and sun loungers.

- Separate WC on the ground floor with washbasin.

Transport :
- The regular SIBRA 20 bus line, with a stop located 5 minutes' walk from the house, provides easy access to Annecy city centre (around 10 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.

- Entirely non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
