The Cocoonr agency offers this cocooning chalet for rent above the crystal-clear waters of Lake Annecy, promising a relaxing holiday in a quiet hamlet of Veyrier-du-lac, close to the lake and shops.
The accommodation comprises - A warm, soothing, bright living room with sitting area, TV, dining area and balcony access (air conditioning) - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room Mezzanine sleeping area - Bedroom n°2: double bed in the attic (suitable for 1 agile adult, 2 children or two teenagers) Floor -1 - Bedroom 1: 160x200 double bed, storage cupboard, en-suite Italian shower room and access to terrace - Separate WC Outside : - Balcony/Terrace of 18 m² with views of the lake and mountains, south-west facing - Fully equipped sun terrace facing south/west Additional amenities: - Wi-Fi, washing machine, tumble dryer, one outdoor parking space, iron and ironing board.

Nearby amenities: The chalet is ideally located on the heights of Veyrier-du-lac, a 20-minute walk from the lake and beach. - Cycle path 2 minutes away - Shops: Supermarket (Casino), newsagent, bakery, butcher, florist, bank, etc. 20 minutes' walk away.
Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...).
All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport : - The regular SIBRA bus routes, with a stop close to the chalet, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car.
Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, an outdoor parking space is available.
