Just a few metres from the lake and the Brune beach, on the sunny east bank, this flat is nestled in a luxury residence in absolute peace and quiet.
You'll enjoy magnificent, uninterrupted views of the lake from every room. The flat comprises Ground floor (1st floor of the residence, no lift): - Spacious entrance hall. - Separate WC - Laundry area with washing machine. - Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: fridge, freezer, hob, conventional oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine. - Dining area for 5 guests. - Cosy lounge with fireplace and television, opening onto the large terrace. - Master bedroom with double bed (140x200 cm), storage cupboard and superb lake views. First floor: - Bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200 cm) and dressing room, offering a beautiful lake view. - Large bathroom with bath and shower. - Office area, ideal for teleworking or reading. Outside: - 20 m² terrace with furniture: table and chairs for 6 people, deckchairs, and splendid panoramic view of the lake. Additional facilities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Cot and high chair available on request. Nearby: The flat is ideally located in a quiet area of Veyrier-du-Lac, just 5 minutes' walk from the lake and beach. - Cycle path along the lake 2 minutes away. - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 10 minutes' walk away. Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Transport : - The regular SIBRA 20 bus line, with a stop close to the flat, makes it easy to reach Annecy city centre (around 15 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, a parking space is available in the residence car park. Other remarks : - All accommodation is non-smoking - Parties and noise pollution are strictly prohibited. - This accommodation is not suitable for pets - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.

La vue. Le parking aisé La situation à l'extérieur d'Annecy mais proche en même temps. Proche de la navette gratuite Le calme. L'accès aux sports nautiques Les restos à proximité, la boulangerie et le petit supermarché
