Cocoonr Annecy offers you the opportunity to rent Le Balcon des Lys, a charming flat ideally located in the heart of Veyrier-du-Lac, in a quiet, confidential residence.
Only a few steps from the shops and the lake, it enjoys a privileged location and offers a beautiful view of the turquoise waters of Lake Annecy. Tastefully renovated in 2025, it combines modern comfort with a warm atmosphere, perfect for a couple or a family stay.
The flat comprises
- Bright living room with fitted kitchen and dining area for 4 people.
- Living room with sofa, television and access to balcony with lake views.
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, storage space and access to balcony.
- Shower room with WC and washbasin.
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine (opening onto the living room): one double bed.
Outside :
- Double balcony overlooking the lake.
The flat does not have private parking. You can park on the street (blue zones) or in the school's underground car park (blue zones).
Additional facilities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.

The flat is ideally located in the heart of Veyrier du Lac, 8 minutes' walk from the lake.
- Cycle path along the lake 2 minutes away.
- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 2 minutes' walk away.
Activities :
Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport :
- The regular SIBRA 20 bus routes, with a stop located close to the flat, make it easy to reach Annecy city centre (around 15 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, the flat has no private parking spaces. You can park in the street (blue zones) or in the school's underground car park (blue zones).

- Completely non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
