Located on the 2ᵉ floor of a residence with lift and private parking, this single-storey accommodation is ideal for enjoying the lake, mountains and all amenities on foot.

Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Transport : - Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the flat, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes) Saint Jorioz Mairie or Saint Jorioz Collège bus stop. - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour by car - buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy - for greater convenience, we recommend taxis or VTCs. - Private car park on site Other remarks : - Entirely non-smoking accommodation - Pets are allowed if they weigh less than 8 kg - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
