29 m² studio apartment, adjoining another gîte and close to other rentals and the owner's house.
It comprises: - Living room/kitchen with one double bed (140x190 cm) - Shower room/WC Right of way in front of the terrace providing access to the bed and breakfast, gîte 22773, and the swimming pool. Gîte located 30 meters from the T40 road (Propriano-Bonifacio axis). - Shared garden (3500 m²) - Corner terrace (30 m²) - Swimming pool shared by the four gîtes and the bed and breakfast (13x5 meters), open from April 5th to November 29th, secured by a safety barrier.
Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those named in the rental agreement. - Garden furniture - Lounge area - Gas barbecue - Parking - Air conditioning - Washing machine - Combination oven/microwave - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Cleaning deposit of €60 if the cleaning option is not selected
