In the heart of Amboise's historic surroundings yet nestled in a haven of peace, this private house can accommodate a couple who will find all the restaurants and shops of downtown Amboise within a 5-minute walk, beyond the three castles.
The Accommodation
We are offering this house for rent, located in a residential area, to which the owners are very attached.
For these reasons, it cannot be rented for festive events.
Thank you for your understanding. The house comprises on the ground floor: - Living room with dining area and lounge - Equipped kitchen: induction hob, combination microwave, Nespresso machine, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishes, basic necessities, etc. On the first floor, you will find: - Bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) and desk - Bathroom with hip bath and toilet For children under 2 years old, a travel cot is available on request. Outside, behind the house, you will access: - The enclosed garden (200 m²) with terrace and garden furniture - The basement of the house, where you can park your bicycles under cover (accessible electrical outlet) Guest access Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. Access by car is regulated, but you can park your vehicle in the Tanneurs parking lot, located 200 meters from the house (a 3-minute walk). Ideally located in the center of Amboise, everything is within a 5-minute walk (shops, tourist attractions, restaurants, etc.). The basement of the house provides secure parking (and charging) for your bicycles. Other notes The rate includes sheets and beds made upon arrival, towels, and cleaning upon departure. A small grocery store, hygiene products, and cleaning supplies are available to help you start your stay. Access to the bedroom and bathroom is via a staircase that is not equipped with safety barriers.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Petit gite très sympa pour 2 personnes au centre d'Amboise.Bien équipé et chauffé a proximité du centre ville avec de très belle visites a faire a pied.
