This former farmhouse comprises: A dining area with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a 4-zone induction hob, integrated extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, etc. A living room with a French billiards table, A mezzanine lounge area with a sofa bed (217x150cm) on the mezzanine level. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, storage, and an en-suite shower room, a shower room with a heated towel rail, two separate toilets, and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x190cm). You also have access to a spacious garden with a table and chairs and an open view.
Alongside the house, there is parking for 2 to 3 cars. Très beau chalet, spacieux, bien équipé et entièrement rénové, situé dans le hameau du Prégnoux, au calme. Départ de plusieurs sentiers de randonnée à proximité, emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région que nous avons adorée.
Literie confortable. Nous étions deux familles avec 4 enfants : une suit...
