The holiday apartment is located in the idyllic Niedergurig, north of the 1000-year-old town of Bautzen, surrounded by picturesque heath and pond landscapes that invite you to take long walks and bike tours.
The house has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a large living room, as well as a large garden with a playground and barbecue area, and a conservatory.
A parking space for the car is located directly in front of the property.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and family-friendly; a cot and high chair are available. Other Payment is made on site, or by individual arrangement. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Arrival and Departure Times Arrival is possible daily between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Departure should ideally be by 10:00 AM at the latest. ⏰ Individual Times Deviating arrival or departure times are possible by prior arrangement.

Pets are allowed for a fee of €5.00 per animal/night.
