The house is known by older residents of Rüti as "z'Uhrmachers" (the watchmaker's). Our great-grandfather was a watchmaker.
His workshop and the salesroom for his watchmaking and jewelry business were located in the lower part of the house.
During various clear-outs, we repeatedly found old tools, drawings of clockwork mechanisms, and much more. We are renting out a holiday apartment in the wildly romantic, beautiful Glarus region.
It was gently renovated in 2023. We preserved the typical Glarus style without sacrificing modern comfort.

Rüti ist ein sehr kleines, schönes Dorf. Das Haus liegt direkt beim Bahnhof. Gute Renovation und sehr sauber. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Check-in und Check-out erfolgt digital.
